House prices in Hull drop 9%
The Credit Crunch has affected house prices in Hull just as it has in most parts of the world, with prices in our city dropping by an average of 9% in the year to May 09.  While this willl be bad news for anyone with high mortgages or negative equity, it does make Hull property more affordable for those looking to get on the property ladder.  The average price of a one bedroom property in Hull was under £89k.
